During the 2011 Food and Wine Classic, PASK entertained key influencers from the food and beverage industry with a brand new concept event, "Imagination Dinner."
Guests were taken on a journey across the world in the scope of a three-course paired menu crafted by renowned chef, Marcus Samuelsson and master mixologist, Gary Hayward, paired Bombay Sapphire cocktails.
While blindfolded, a narrator guided guests to tap into their imagination and travel to each port of call - Spain, Morocco and Indo-China - the origins of the Bombay Sapphire's botanicals.
As guests removed their blindfolds, they found their surroundings completely transformed. Everything from the lighting and room decor, to the place settings and centerpieces transformed to emulate the new country.
The International Special Events Society (ISES) recognized PASK Productions' work on the imagination DInner with the Esprit Award for Best Corporate Event in 2012.
